This expo is centered on YOU, and its purpose is to provide valuable information on how you can take better care of… yourself. We always look to bring in some of the area’s most well-respected and influential healthcare professionals who want to help educate people about the importance of taking care of themselves and their loved ones by not only going to a physician when problems occur but learning how to help prevent them in the first place. This is done by leading a happy and healthy lifestyle. Our key theme with every step show is to promote awareness about obesity. The show is centered around the excitement of Steppers being active in their awesome performances, thereby showing a fun way to fight obesity.
